When Starbucks dropped their new Rewards program, it caught a lot of buzz. New point system, new promos, new tiers, new language. We created an OOH campaign to define the program so everyone could learn how to Speak Starbucks.
Reserve tier lingo sailed through Miami, 50 placements throughout San Francisco for Gold, and Chicago’s Green line dawned definitions for…well, Green.
